We're an Irish-based architecture practice designing new build houses and extensions across Dublin, Wicklow and Wexford.

 

We work with a small number of clients at any one time, with our directors personally leading every project from first conversation to completion.​​​

Quality

We run a lean, director-led studio with robust systems behind it. Every project is managed using BIM and follows a structured quality process built around RIAI best practice. This means less risk, clearer communication, and a smoother process for our clients.

Sustainability

Sustainability isn't an add-on for us — it's built into how we design. We prioritise energy efficiency, high BER ratings, and locally sourced materials where possible. We're actively researching low-carbon construction methods including mass timber and modern methods of construction.

We believe good design and practical constraints aren't opposites. Our work is grounded in research, driven by curiosity, and always focused on buildings that work well for the people who use them.
