The Design Studio Vault is a curated collection of architect-designed homes available to purchase as concept designs. Each design is created by ANCA Architects, RIAI-registered, and is ready to develop with your team or with us.
Option 1 - Buy the Design
Purchase the concept design package and develop it further with your own engineer or architect.
Includes floor plans, elevations, sections, one external 3D view and one internal 3D view. Delivered as a PDF.
DXF files available on request.
Option 2 - Buy and Adapt
Purchase the concept design and work with ANCA to adapt it to your specific site, brief and budget.
We'll refine the floor plan, adjust the orientation and prepare the design for the planning application.
Ideal for clients who love the concept but need it tailored to their site.
Option 3 - Full Service
Purchase the concept design and engage ANCA for the full architectural service.
Take the design through to site-specific development, including planning permission, building regulations and construction.

Our designs are priced proportionally to their size, from €500 for a garden studio to €2,500 for a five-bedroom home.
